Responsibility
- Design and develop water and wastewater infrastructure projects, including treatment plants, pipelines, and pumping stations.
- Conduct feasibility studies, hydraulic modeling, and system analyses to optimize water resource management.
- Prepare detailed engineering reports, specifications, and tender documents for clients and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure projects meet technical, environmental, and regulatory standards.
- Oversee construction phases, providing technical guidance and ensuring compliance with design specifications.
- Identify innovative solutions to enhance water efficiency, sustainability, and resilience in infrastructure projects.
- Engage with clients, government agencies, and community groups to address project requirements and concerns.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in water and wastewater engineering.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil, Environmental, or Water Resources Engineering.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in water/wastewater infrastructure design and project management.
- Proficiency in industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, EPANET, or WaterGEMS.
- Strong knowledge of hydraulic principles, water treatment processes, and regulatory frameworks.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience working on projects in Southeast Asia or similar regions is advantageous.
- Professional engineering certification (e.g., PE, CEng) or eligibility for registration is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
