Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic plans to grow the multi-brand elevator service business in Bali, focusing on non-Schindler equipment.
- Oversee the technical and operational performance of service teams, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and efficiency standards.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including property developers, facility managers, and building owners.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market analysis, competitive benchmarking, and customer needs assessment.
- Collaborate with the sales and engineering teams to design tailored service solutions for diverse elevator brands.
- Monitor KPIs such as service response time, customer satisfaction, and contract retention, implementing improvements as needed.
- Lead training and development initiatives for service technicians to enhance their multi-brand expertise.
- Ensure adherence to local regulations, industry standards, and Schindler’s operational policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in elevator technology are a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in elevator service management, with a focus on multi-brand systems.
- Proven track record in business development, team leadership, and operational optimization within the elevator or building services industry.
- Strong technical knowledge of elevator mechanics, control systems, and maintenance protocols for various brands.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with Bali’s construction and real estate market is highly advantageous.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Willingness to travel across assigned regions in Bali as required.
