Responsibility
- Provide technical support for machine maintenance, troubleshooting, and improvements to ensure efficient production operations.
- Develop and implement automation solutions to enhance productivity and reduce downtime.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to identify and resolve technical issues.
- Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance on automated systems.
- Design and execute projects to upgrade or replace outdated automation systems.
- Train and mentor junior technicians on automation and electrical systems.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in all automation processes.
- Document technical procedures, maintenance logs, and project reports.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, or a related field.
- Proven experience in automation, electrical systems, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of PLC programming, HMI, and industrial automation systems.
- Experience with troubleshooting and maintaining automated machinery.
- Familiarity with safety and quality standards in manufacturing environments.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
