Responsibility
- Conduct regular inspections of factory facilities to identify and address potential issues.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime.

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute facility upgrades and repairs.
- Monitor and optimize energy consumption to enhance operational efficiency.
- Manage vendor relationships and oversee contracted maintenance services.
- Document and report on facility performance, incidents, and corrective actions.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in facilities management or maintenance engineering.
