Responsibility
- Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment issues to ensure minimal downtime.
- Perform regular maintenance and servicing of equipment to extend its lifespan.
- Train clients on the proper use and maintenance of equipment.
- Submit detailed reports on equipment status, maintenance activities, and any issues encountered.
- Provide on-site support to clients, ensuring their needs are met promptly and efficiently.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to develop and implement solutions for complex technical issues.
- Maintain accurate records of all service activities and equipment history.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technological advancements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Service Engineer or in a similar role.
- Strong technical skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex equipment issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel to client sites as needed.
