Responsibility
- Ensure compliance with local and international environmental regulations and standards.
- Develop and implement environmental management systems and sustainability programs.
- Conduct regular environmental audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement.
- Monitor and report on environmental performance metrics, including waste management, energy consumption, and emissions.
- Collaborate with production and operations teams to integrate sustainable practices into daily operations.
- Provide training and awareness programs to employees on environmental policies and best practices.
- Liaise with regulatory bodies and stakeholders to address environmental concerns and obtain necessary permits.
- Lead initiatives to reduce the company's carbon footprint and promote resource efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in environmental compliance, sustainability, or a similar role within a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Strong knowledge of environmental laws, regulations, and standards in Indonesia.
- Experience in conducting environmental audits and preparing compliance reports.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Certification in environmental management (e.g., ISO 14001) is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
