Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to promote IBS and precast construction solutions.
- Identify and engage potential clients, including contractors, developers, and architects, to generate new business opportunities.
- Provide technical support and consultations to clients, addressing their construction needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and technical documentation to showcase product benefits and specifications.
- Collaborate with the engineering and production teams to ensure client requirements are met and projects are delivered on time.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to stay ahead of the curve.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, industry associations, and partners.
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development within the construction or precast industry.
- Strong technical knowledge of IBS, precast construction methods, and building materials.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software, and technical drawing tools is a plus.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as required.
