Responsibility
- Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to ensure on-time delivery of high-quality products.
- Monitor and maintain mechanical and electrical systems to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of production staff, fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Implement and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality control measures.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate with maintenance teams to resolve equipment failures.
- Prepare and analyze production reports to identify trends, bottlenecks, and areas for optimization.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and reduce operational costs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a production supervision or manufacturing role, preferably in a high-volume environment.
- Strong technical knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, including troubleshooting and maintenance.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop a team.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies is a plus.
- Proficiency in using MS Office, ERP systems, and production management software.
- Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal).
