Responsibility
- Lead and manage ACMV and M&E projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Develop and review project plans, specifications, and technical drawings.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and industry best practices.
- Conduct site inspections and provide technical guidance to on-site teams.
- Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders and senior management.
- Mentor junior engineers and project coordinators to foster team growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in M&E project management, with a focus on ACMV systems.
- Proven track record of successfully managing engineering projects in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of local building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Project).
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Certification in project management (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
