Responsibility
- Collaborate with the Project Installation team to define and refine process requirements and technical specifications for manufacturing equipment.
- Develop and optimize manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
- Conduct process simulations and analyses to identify bottlenecks and propose data-driven improvements.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies throughout the project lifecycle.
- Prepare detailed technical documentation, including process flow diagrams, equipment specifications, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for process-related issues during installation and operation phases.
- Monitor and evaluate process performance metrics, recommending adjustments to meet project goals and KPIs.
- Participate in cross-functional meetings to align process engineering efforts with project timelines and business objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in process engineering, preferably in manufacturing, energy, or industrial sectors.
- Proficiency in process simulation tools (e.g., Aspen Plus, HYSYS) and CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks).
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, equipment specifications, and technical documentation.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to process optimization.
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts effectively.
- Familiarity with ISO standards, safety regulations, and quality control processes.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal) is a plus; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is required.
