Responsibility
- Design, develop, and review electrical systems, including power distribution, lighting, and control systems, ensuring compliance with local and international standards.
- Prepare detailed engineering drawings, specifications, and technical reports using industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or ETAP.
- Conduct site inspections and feasibility studies to assess electrical system requirements and identify potential challenges.
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and other engineers to integrate electrical systems into overall project designs.
- Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems to ensure they meet design specifications and safety regulations.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for electrical issues during construction and operation phases.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in electrical engineering, sustainable practices, and emerging technologies.
- Ensure all projects adhere to environmental, health, and safety guidelines, promoting sustainable and energy-efficient solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited institution.
- Valid PRC Registered Electrical Engineer (REE) or Professional Electrical Engineer (PEE) license.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in electrical engineering, with a focus on design, project management, or consulting.
- Proficiency in electrical design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, ETAP, or similar tools.
- Strong knowledge of local and international electrical codes, standards, and regulations (e.g., NEC, IEC, PEC).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex electrical systems.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and clients.
- Experience in renewable energy systems or sustainable design practices is a plus.
