Responsibility
- Conduct comprehensive testing and troubleshooting of circuits and electronic components in semiconductor production equipment to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, manufacturing, and quality assurance, to identify and resolve technical issues in equipment production.
- Develop and implement standardized testing protocols and procedures to enhance equipment efficiency and reduce downtime.
- Provide technical support and guidance to production teams, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
- Analyze equipment performance data to identify trends, root causes of failures, and opportunities for process improvements.
- Lead and mentor junior engineers and technicians, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Participate in design reviews and contribute to the development of next-generation semiconductor equipment.
- Maintain accurate documentation of testing procedures, troubleshooting steps, and equipment modifications.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in equipment production, semiconductor manufacturing, or a related engineering role.
- Proven expertise in circuit testing, troubleshooting, and electronic component analysis.
- Strong knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes and equipment, such as wire bonders, die attach machines, or inspection systems.
- Proficiency in using testing tools and software, such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, and data analysis platforms.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies is a plus.
