Responsibility
- Lead the design, testing, and commissioning of ACMV systems for high-profile projects.
- Develop and review mechanical engineering drawings, specifications, and technical reports to ensure compliance with standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, electrical engineers, and project managers, to deliver integrated solutions.
- Conduct site inspections and performance evaluations to identify and resolve system inefficiencies.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and technicians.
- Ensure all projects adhere to safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
- Optimize ACMV systems for energy efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and sustainability.
- Prepare and present progress reports and project documentation to stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in ACMV systems, with a proven track record in testing and commissioning.
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit) and HVAC design tools.
- Strong knowledge of local and international mechanical engineering codes and standards.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team, with strong communication and leadership abilities.
- Experience with BIM (Building Information Modeling) is highly desirable.
- Certification in HVAC or mechanical engineering (e.g., PE, LEED) is an advantage.
