Responsibility
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on club facilities, including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify and address potential issues before they escalate.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
- Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for specialized repairs and installations.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inventory of supplies.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff and members.
- Assist in the setup and breakdown of equipment for events and functions.
- Provide support in emergency situations, such as power outages or equipment failures.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in maintenance, preferably in a hospitality or club setting.
- Strong technical skills in electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
- Physical fitness and the ability to perform manual labor.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations.
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
