Responsibility
- Design, install, and maintain mechanical and electrical systems to ensure optimal performance and compliance with industry standards.
- Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance of equipment to minimize downtime and extend machinery lifespan.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to mechanical and electrical systems in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and enhance operational efficiency.
- Develop and maintain documentation for equipment manuals, maintenance logs, and safety procedures.
- Ensure compliance with local and international safety regulations and environmental standards.
- Provide technical support and training to staff on the proper use and maintenance of equipment.
- Participate in project planning and execution for facility upgrades and expansions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in mechanical or electrical engineering, preferably in the food or manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of CAD software, PLC programming, and automation systems.
- Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to mechanical and electrical systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with teams.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali and adapt to a multicultural work environment.
- Certification in relevant engineering disciplines is a plus.
