Responsibility
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance production efficiency and product quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless production readiness for new site operations.
- Monitor and analyze process performance data to identify trends and areas for optimization.
- Design and conduct experiments to test and validate process changes.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for production issues.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Train and mentor junior engineers and production staff on best practices.
- Document and maintain process control procedures and work instructions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Process Engineer in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in process simulation and data analysis tools.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Knowledge of industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
- Experience with process control systems and automation is a plus.
