In this dynamic role, you will report directly to the Project Manager and take ownership of end-to-end project execution, from planning and design to implementation and handover. Responsibility
- Lead the planning, design, and execution of security and communications system projects for commercial, residential, and industrial clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, technical, and operations, to ensure project alignment with client requirements and company standards.
- Develop and review technical specifications, drawings, and project documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with industry regulations.
- Oversee vendor and contractor management, including procurement, scheduling, and quality control of materials and labor.
- Conduct site surveys, risk assessments, and feasibility studies to identify project scope and resource needs.
- Monitor project budgets, timelines, and milestones, providing regular progress reports to stakeholders.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during installation and testing phases, ensuring minimal downtime.
- Provide client training and handover support to ensure smooth system adoption and long-term satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Telecommunications, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., PMP, CCNA) are a plus.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in project engineering for security systems, IT infrastructure, or communications (5+ years for Senior role).
- Proven track record of managing end-to-end project lifecycles from conception to completion.
- Strong technical knowledge of CCTV, access control, alarm systems, fire safety, and network communications.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, or similar tools for design and project management.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure.
- Familiarity with local regulations and standards for security systems in Indonesia.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as required.
