Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their instrumentation needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our instrumentation products.
- Collaborate with the engineering and product teams to ensure that customer requirements are met and solutions are effectively implemented.
- Prepare and deliver technical proposals, quotations, and reports to support the sales process.
- Stay updated with industry trends, market developments, and competitive products to provide informed recommendations.
- Provide post-sales support, including troubleshooting, training, and technical assistance to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote the company’s products and services.
- Work closely with the sales team to achieve revenue targets and contribute to the company’s growth objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales or technical support within the instrumentation or industrial automation sector.
- Strong technical knowledge of process instrumentation, control systems, and industrial automation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
