As a CI Engineer, you will lead initiatives to eliminate waste (7 Wastes), optimize processes, and implement training programs to uplift team performance. Responsibility
- Develop and implement Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement (CI) strategies to enhance productivity and quality.
- Identify and eliminate the 7 Wastes (Muda) in production processes through root cause analysis and countermeasures.
- Design and deliver training programs for employees on standardization, best practices, and Lean tools (e.g., 5S, Kaizen, TPM).
- Lead cross-functional teams to standardize workflows, SOPs, and quality control measures.
- Monitor KPIs (e.g., OEE, defect rates, cycle time) and propose data-driven improvements.
- Collaborate with production, maintenance, and management teams to streamline operations.
- Conduct time-motion studies and value stream mapping to optimize resource utilization.
- Document and present improvement projects, ROI analyses, and progress reports to stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, or related fields.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Continuous Improvement, Lean Manufacturing, or Process Engineering.
- Certification in Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt/Black Belt) is a strong advantage.
- Proven track record in implementing 5S, Kaizen, TPM, or similar methodologies.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Minitab, Power BI).
- Excellent communication and training skills to drive cultural change.
- Familiarity with ISO standards, QMS, or TQM frameworks is a plus.
- Ability to work in Badung, Bali (relocation support may be provided).
