Responsibility
- Oversee the planning, design, and execution of horizontal development projects, including site preparation, grading, drainage, and utility installations.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure project timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and environmental standards.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports, permits, and technical drawings.
- Manage project budgets, track expenses, and optimize resource allocation to maximize efficiency.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve technical challenges and ensure smooth project delivery.
- Promote a culture of safety on-site by enforcing best practices and conducting risk assessments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in horizontal development, residential projects, or civil engineering.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D, MS Project) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong understanding of local building codes, regulations, and permitting processes in Indonesia.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions under pressure.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Certification in project management (e.g., PMP) or relevant engineering certifications is advantageous.
