Responsibility
- Oversee day-to-day project operations, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and vendors to align project deliverables with design specifications.
- Conduct site inspections and monitor progress to identify and resolve potential issues proactively.
- Prepare and present project reports, including progress updates, risk assessments, and financial summaries.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety protocols, and environmental standards.
- Manage resource allocation, including labor, materials, and equipment, to optimize project efficiency.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and success criteria.
- Implement best practices in project management to enhance productivity and minimize costs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in project engineering, preferably in commercial or infrastructure projects.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and AutoCAD.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address technical and logistical challenges.
- Knowledge of local building codes, permits, and regulatory requirements in Indonesia.
- PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
