Responsibility
- Lead and manage engineering projects from initial planning to final execution, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery.
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including architects, contractors, and stakeholders, to ensure project alignment and success.
- Conduct feasibility studies, site assessments, and technical evaluations to support project decision-making.
- Oversee quality control and compliance with industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols.
- Prepare and present progress reports, financial updates, and technical documentation to senior management.
- Identify and mitigate project risks while optimizing resources for maximum efficiency.
- Foster innovation by researching and implementing new technologies and engineering best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in project engineering or a similar role.
- Proven track record of successfully managing engineering projects from start to finish.
- Strong technical knowledge and proficiency in engineering software and tools.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing project requirements.
- Familiarity with local regulations, permits, and compliance standards in Indonesia.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
