Responsibility
- Design and Engineer: Develop comprehensive security system architectures, including access control, CCTV, alarm systems, and network security for diverse client needs.
- Project Leadership: Oversee end-to-end project execution from concept to deployment, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Technical Consultation: Advise clients and stakeholders on best practices for security system integration, scalability, and future-proofing.
- Compliance & Standards: Ensure all solutions comply with local regulations (e.g., Indonesian standards) and international certifications (e.g., ISO 27001, UL).
- Collaboration: Work closely with sales, project management, and R&D teams to align technical solutions with business objectives.
- Troubleshooting: Provide expert-level support for complex system issues, performing root-cause analysis and implementing corrective actions.
- Innovation: Research and evaluate emerging security technologies (e.g., AI-driven analytics, IoT integration) to enhance product offerings.
- Documentation: Create detailed technical specifications, schematics, and user manuals for internal and client use.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelorâs degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., CISSP, CCNA, PMP) are a plus.
- Experience: Minimum 7+ years in security system design, with a proven track record in large-scale projects (commercial, industrial, or government sectors).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in security system software (e.g., Lenel, Honeywell, Bosch), network protocols (TCP/IP, BACnet), and cybersecurity principles.
- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of physical security systems, including biometrics, video analytics, and perimeter protection.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to design custom solutions for unique client challenges.
- Communication: Fluent English (written and verbal) with the ability to present technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Project Management: Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like JIRA or Trello.
- Travel: Willingness to travel occasionally to client sites across Indonesia or internationally.
