Responsibility
- Lead and manage the Project Management Office (PMO), ensuring alignment with organizational goals and standards.
- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of engineering projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project efficiency, quality, and performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, and finance, to ensure seamless project integration.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including timelines, budgets, risk assessments, and progress reports.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring proactive problem-solving and decision-making.
- Monitor project performance using key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Foster a culture of innovation and excellence, encouraging team members to contribute ideas and solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field. Master's degree or PMP certification is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in an engineering or technical environment, with a strong track record of successful project delivery.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and process optimization.
