Responsibility
- Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of MEP works for construction projects in Bali.
- Ensure compliance with local and international safety, quality, and environmental standards.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to meet project milestones.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and resolve technical challenges.
- Manage MEP budgets, procurement, and resource allocation efficiently.
- Coordinate commissioning and handover processes for completed MEP systems.
- Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders and senior management.
- Mentor junior engineers and technical staff to foster a culture of excellence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering (or related field).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in MEP management, preferably in large-scale construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of MEP systems, codes, and industry best practices.
- Proven ability to manage budgets, timelines, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or other engineering software.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Willingness to relocate or travel within Bali as required.
