Responsibility
- Perform installation, calibration, and maintenance of ULT freezers, cooling storage units, and related life science equipment.
- Conduct on-site diagnostics and repairs to resolve technical issues efficiently, minimizing downtime.
- Provide preventive maintenance and performance optimization to extend equipment lifespan.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, QA, clients) to ensure compliance with industry standards (e.g., GMP, ISO).
- Document service reports, maintenance logs, and equipment performance metrics.
- Train end-users on proper equipment operation, safety protocols, and troubleshooting.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies in cooling systems and life science equipment.
- Manage spare parts inventory and coordinate with suppliers for timely replacements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in field service, preferably with ULT freezers, laboratory cooling systems, or medical equipment.
- Strong technical knowledge of refrigeration cycles, temperature control systems, and HVAC principles.
- Hands-on experience with diagnostic tools, multimeters, and calibration equipment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in fast-paced environments.
- Familiarity with regulatory standards (e.g., FDA, CE, GxP) for life science equipment.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel across Bali’s key regions (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, etc.).
- Fluent in English; additional language skills (e.g., Indonesian) are a plus.
