Responsibility
- Assist the Project Manager in planning, executing, and monitoring electrical projects to ensure timely and budget-compliant delivery.
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and clients to align project objectives and resolve technical challenges.
- Prepare and review project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and progress reports.
- Conduct site inspections to verify compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and design specifications.
- Manage procurement of electrical materials and equipment, ensuring cost-effectiveness and availability.
- Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and provide financial reports to senior management.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams.
- Identify risks and propose mitigation strategies to minimize project delays or cost overruns.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field; professional certification (e.g., PMP, PE) is a plus.
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in electrical project management, construction, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes (e.g., NEC, SNI), and industry best practices.
- Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project, AutoCAD, Primavera) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Familiarity with Baliâs construction regulations and local vendor networks is advantageous.
- Willingness to travel to project sites across Bali as needed.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a bonus.
