Responsibility
- Oversee daily field operations to ensure compliance with project plans, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with engineers, architects, and subcontractors to align project execution with design specifications.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential delays, and implement corrective actions to maintain timelines.
- Conduct regular site inspections to verify adherence to construction codes, safety protocols, and company policies.
- Prepare and submit progress reports, including budget tracking, resource allocation, and risk assessments.
- Resolve technical and logistical challenges on-site to minimize downtime and ensure seamless workflow.
- Lead and mentor field teams, fostering a culture of accountability, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
- Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and local authorities to address concerns and ensure project transparency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in construction supervision, preferably in large-scale projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and safety standards (e.g., OSHA, SNI).
- Proven ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and project specifications.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to manage diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, AutoCAD, Primavera) is a plus.
- Familiarity with Bali’s construction regulations and local building codes is advantageous.
- Willingness to work on-site in Denpasar or surrounding areas with flexibility for travel as needed.
