As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to lead safety training programs, monitor compliance, and contribute to the development of policies that protect both our employees and the environment. This is a full-time position based in key locations across Bali, including Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung.
Responsibility
- Develop, implement, and monitor workplace safety and health policies across all operational sites in Bali.
- Conduct regular safety audits and risk assessments to identify potential hazards and recommend corrective actions.
- Oversee pollution control measures, ensuring compliance with environmental regulations and company sustainability goals.
- Lead safety training programs for employees, management, and contractors to foster a culture of safety and environmental responsibility.
- Investigate workplace incidents, accidents, and near-misses, providing detailed reports and recommendations for prevention.
- Collaborate with local authorities, environmental agencies, and industry partners to stay updated on regulatory changes and best practices.
- Track and report on safety performance metrics, including KPIs related to accident rates, compliance, and pollution control.
- Develop and maintain emergency response plans, including evacuation procedures and crisis management protocols.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in workplace safety, pollution control, or environmental health roles.
- Certification in Occupational Health and Safety (e.g., NEBOSH, OSHA, or equivalent) is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian and international safety and environmental regulations (e.g., ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001).
- Proven experience in conducting safety audits, risk assessments, and incident investigations.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to train and influence employees at all levels.
- Proficiency in using safety management software and tools for data analysis and reporting.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
