Responsibility
- Lead the integration of RFSOI processes into semiconductor manufacturing, ensuring alignment with design and performance specifications.
- Collaborate with design, fabrication, and testing teams to optimize process flows and improve yield.
- Develop and implement process integration strategies to enhance RF performance, reliability, and scalability.
- Conduct thorough analysis of process data to identify trends, root causes of issues, and opportunities for improvement.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance process efficiency, reduce costs, and meet quality standards.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and cross-functional teams.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies in RFSOI and semiconductor process integration.
- Prepare and present technical reports, documentation, and recommendations to stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in semiconductor process integration, with a focus on RFSOI technology.
- Strong understanding of semiconductor fabrication processes, including lithography, etching, deposition, and metrology.
- Proven track record of successfully leading process integration projects from concept to production.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Experience with statistical process control (SPC) and design of experiments (DOE) methodologies.
- Familiarity with industry-standard tools and software for process simulation and analysis.
