Responsibility
- Supervise and coordinate electrical installation, maintenance, and repair projects on-site.
- Ensure all electrical work complies with local regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
- Lead and mentor a team of electricians and technicians, providing guidance and training as needed.
- Conduct regular inspections of electrical systems to identify and resolve potential issues.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to meet project deadlines and specifications.
- Troubleshoot complex electrical problems and implement effective solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and project progress.
- Promote a culture of safety, ensuring all team members adhere to best practices.
Qualifications
- Certified Electrician (PW/A/B) with a minimum of 3 years of experience in electrical installations and supervision.
- Proven experience in leading teams and managing electrical projects from start to finish.
- Strong knowledge of electrical codes, safety regulations, and industry best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for team collaboration and client interactions.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Willingness to travel to various sites across Bali as required.
- Familiarity with modern electrical tools, equipment, and diagnostic devices.
