Responsibility
- Lead the end-to-end execution of strategic programs, ensuring alignment with onsemiās business objectives and timelines.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams to define program scope, milestones, and deliverables.
- Develop and maintain detailed program plans, including risk management, resource allocation, and budget tracking.
- Drive cross-functional communication to ensure transparency and accountability across all stakeholders.
- Monitor program performance using KPIs and metrics, providing regular updates to senior leadership.
- Identify and mitigate risks, resolving conflicts and bottlenecks to keep programs on track.
- Foster innovation by exploring new methodologies and tools to enhance program efficiency and effectiveness.
- Mentor and guide junior program managers and team members to build a high-performing program management culture.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field; MBA or PMP certification is a plus.
- 8+ years of experience in program or project management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of managing complex, cross-functional programs in the semiconductor, technology, or manufacturing industries.
- Strong understanding of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid project management methodologies.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with program management tools such as Jira, Microsoft Project, or Smartsheet.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with competing priorities.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
