Responsibility
- Conduct structural analysis and design for construction projects, ensuring compliance with Indonesian building codes and international standards.
- Prepare and review technical drawings, specifications, and construction documents for accuracy and feasibility.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and project managers to optimize structural solutions and resolve design challenges.
- Perform site inspections and structural assessments to monitor construction progress and ensure adherence to design plans.
- Oversee material testing and quality control processes to guarantee structural safety and durability.
- Provide technical guidance to junior engineers and construction teams on structural best practices.
- Liaise with local authorities to secure necessary permits and approvals for construction projects.
- Stay updated on emerging construction technologies and sustainable building practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in structural design and construction, preferably with a main contractor.
- Proficiency in structural analysis software (e.g., ETABS, SAP2000, AutoCAD, Revit).
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian construction regulations and seismic design principles.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail in technical documentation.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
