Responsibility
- Plan, design, and oversee the installation of solar PV systems for residential, commercial, and industrial projects across Bali.
- Conduct site assessments to determine optimal solar panel placement, electrical configurations, and structural requirements.
- Supervise and coordinate installation teams to ensure compliance with safety standards, local regulations, and project timelines.
- Perform testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting of solar PV systems to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
- Collaborate with project managers, electrical engineers, and clients to deliver customized solar solutions tailored to specific energy needs.
- Maintain accurate documentation, including installation reports, system performance data, and compliance certificates.
- Provide technical support and training to clients and team members on solar system operation, maintenance, and safety protocols.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in solar energy to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in solar PV installation, electrical engineering, or a related technical role.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings.
- Hands-on experience with solar PV system components, including inverters, batteries, charge controllers, and mounting structures.
- Strong knowledge of local electrical codes, safety standards (e.g., OSHA, IEC), and renewable energy regulations in Indonesia.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues in the field.
- Physical fitness and ability to work at heights, in outdoor environments, and under varying weather conditions.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Certifications such as NABCEP, SEI, or equivalent are highly desirable.
