Responsibility
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on machinery and building systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and structural issues and implement effective solutions.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential problems and prevent equipment failures.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and parts inventory.
- Collaborate with other technicians and departments to coordinate maintenance schedules and minimize downtime.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all maintenance activities.
- Assist in the installation and commissioning of new equipment as needed.
- Provide technical support and training to junior staff or other team members when required.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a machine or building technician, preferably in a similar industry.
- Strong technical skills in mechanical, electrical, or structural maintenance.
- Familiarity with safety protocols and regulations (K3 certification is a plus).
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
