Responsibility
- Lead the design, implementation, and commissioning of electrical systems for data center projects.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
- Oversee compliance with local and international electrical codes, safety standards, and best practices.
- Conduct site inspections, risk assessments, and troubleshooting to maintain project integrity.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation for electrical components.
- Prepare technical documentation, including schematics, reports, and as-built drawings.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to procure high-quality electrical equipment and materials.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and on-site teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field; professional certification (e.g., PE, CEng) is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical engineering, with a focus on data centers or critical infrastructure.
- Proven expertise in power distribution, UPS systems, generators, and low-voltage systems.
- Strong knowledge of industry standards (e.g., NEC, IEC, NFPA) and local regulations.
- Experience with project management tools (e.g., AutoCAD, ETAP, MS Project) and BIM software.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Fluent in English; additional languages (e.g., Bahasa Indonesia) are advantageous.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for site visits and project meetings.
