Responsibility
- Conduct materials testing, inspection, and analysis in accordance with industry standards (e.g., ASTM, ISO, ASME).
- Prepare and review technical reports, certifications, and documentation for clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement testing methodologies for new and existing projects.
- Operate and maintain laboratory equipment, including calibration and troubleshooting as needed.
- Support quality assurance and control processes to uphold Element’s reputation for excellence.
- Assist in client consultations, providing technical expertise and recommendations based on test results.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and emerging technologies in materials science.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance laboratory efficiency and safety.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in materials testing, inspection, or a similar technical role (fresh graduates with strong academic backgrounds are encouraged to apply).
- Familiarity with international testing standards (e.g., ASTM, ISO, EN) is a plus.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, LabVIEW, or specialized software) and technical writing.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail in a laboratory or industrial setting.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, with fluency in English (written and spoken).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while adhering to strict deadlines and safety protocols.
- Willingness to relocate to or commute within the Badung region (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, etc.).
