Responsibility
- Lead the engineering team in the commissioning and launch of a new plant-based ingredient manufacturing facility.
- Oversee the installation, testing, and optimization of production equipment and systems.
- Develop and implement engineering protocols, safety standards, and quality control measures.
- Collaborate with R&D, operations, and supply chain teams to ensure seamless facility integration.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation for engineering initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with local and international manufacturing regulations and sustainability certifications.
- Train and mentor engineering staff to build a high-performing technical team.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and implement continuous improvement strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Industrial Engineering (Master's preferred).
- Minimum 8 years of experience in manufacturing engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record in commissioning and launching food or beverage production facilities.
- Strong knowledge of plant-based ingredient processing and sustainable manufacturing practices.
- Experience with regulatory compliance (e.g., ISO, HACCP, GMP) in the food industry.
- Excellent project management skills with a focus on budget and timeline adherence.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali (relocation assistance provided).
