Responsibility
- Develop, implement, and monitor yearly maintenance plans to ensure operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Oversee financial performance of projects, including budget tracking, cost control, and forecasting.
- Lead cross-functional teams to align project deliverables with business objectives and client expectations.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards across all project phases.
- Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions.
- Prepare and present detailed reports on project progress, KPIs, and performance metrics to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to streamline workflows and improve project outcomes.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project management processes and tools.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Masterâs degree or PMP certification is a plus).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in engineering, energy, or industrial sectors.
- Proven track record of managing contract-based projects with a focus on performance, maintenance, and financial oversight.
- Strong understanding of budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting in project environments.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA, Asana) and ERP systems.
- Familiarity with ISO standards, safety regulations, and quality management systems is highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting while maintaining high productivity and accountability.
