Responsibility
- Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs on facility equipment, including electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to minimize downtime and ensure operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support facility operations and project implementations.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, work orders, and inventory of spare parts.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
- Assist in the installation, testing, and commissioning of new equipment and systems.
- Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests and provide technical support as needed.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance facility performance and sustainability.
Qualifications
- Diploma or equivalent in Electrical, Mechanical, or Facilities Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in facility maintenance, technical troubleshooting, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in reading technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
- Hands-on experience with HVAC systems, electrical panels, plumbing, and general building maintenance.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Familiarity with safety protocols and compliance standards (e.g., OSHA, local regulations).
- Basic computer skills for record-keeping and reporting.
- Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written).
