Responsibility
- Oversee electrical systems maintenance and operations for JTC buildings in Bali, ensuring optimal performance and reliability
- Develop and implement energy efficiency programs to reduce consumption and carbon emissions across the property portfolio
- Lead compliance initiatives for electrical safety standards, building codes, and sustainability regulations
- Manage preventive and corrective maintenance programs for electrical infrastructure, including HVAC systems, lighting, and power distribution
- Collaborate with facility managers to optimize building operations and enhance tenant satisfaction
- Monitor and analyze energy consumption data to identify improvement opportunities and track sustainability KPIs
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams to execute technical projects and upgrades
- Prepare technical reports, budgets, and presentations for senior management and stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical systems maintenance and property operations
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian building codes, electrical safety standards, and sustainability regulations
- Proven experience with energy management systems and sustainability initiatives
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or similar design software
- Excellent project management and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Professional certification (e.g., Certified Energy Manager, LEED AP) is a plus
