Responsibility
- Oversee and manage security operations for banking facilities, ensuring compliance with company and regulatory policies.
- Lead a team of security personnel, providing training, guidance, and performance evaluations.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and implement proactive security measures to mitigate potential threats.
- Monitor surveillance systems, access control, and alarm systems to detect and respond to security breaches.
- Coordinate with law enforcement and emergency services during incidents or emergencies.
- Prepare and submit detailed incident reports, maintaining accurate records of security activities.
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and security protocols for all staff and visitors.
- Liaise with bank management to address security concerns and recommend improvements.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in security operations, preferably in banking or high-risk environments.
- Valid security license or certification recognized in Indonesia (e.g., SATPOL PP or equivalent).
- Strong leadership and team management skills with a proven ability to train and supervise staff.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients, colleagues, and authorities.
- Proficiency in using security systems, including CCTV, access control, and alarm monitoring.
- Knowledge of local laws, regulations, and best practices in corporate security.
