Responsibility
- Conduct regular patrols of assigned areas to prevent and detect signs of intrusion, fire, or other hazards.
- Monitor and operate security systems, including CCTV, alarms, and access control systems.
- Respond promptly to emergencies, incidents, or suspicious activities and take appropriate action.
- Enforce company policies, safety regulations, and legal requirements on the premises.
- Maintain accurate logs and reports of daily activities, incidents, and observations.
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting visitors, employees, and clients with inquiries or concerns.
- Collaborate with law enforcement and emergency services when necessary.
- Inspect and verify the proper functioning of security equipment and report any malfunctions.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; additional security training or certification is a plus.
- Proven experience in security, law enforcement, or a related field (preferably 1-2 years).
- Strong observational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Physical fitness and ability to stand, walk, or patrol for extended periods.
