Responsibility
- Lead and coordinate investigative teams to resolve security incidents, fraud cases, or compliance breaches.
- Conduct thorough security inspections of facilities, systems, and procedures to identify vulnerabilities and recommend improvements.
- Develop and implement compliance programs aligned with industry regulations and company policies.
- Prepare detailed incident reports, documentation, and evidence for legal or internal review.
- Collaborate with law enforcement, legal teams, and stakeholders to address security threats or violations.
- Monitor and analyze security trends, emerging risks, and technological advancements to enhance protective measures.
- Train and mentor security personnel on best practices, protocols, and investigative techniques.
- Ensure confidentiality and ethical handling of sensitive information throughout all processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Criminal Justice, Security Management, Law, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in security investigations, compliance, or law enforcement.
- Strong knowledge of local and international security regulations, standards (e.g., ISO 27001), and investigative methodologies.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and complex cases under pressure.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and report-writing abilities.
- Proficiency in surveillance tools, forensic software, and security management systems.
- Fluency in English; additional proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
- Certifications such as CPP (Certified Protection Professional) or CFE (Certified Fraud Examiner) are highly desirable.
