Responsibility
- Monitor and patrol AEON premises to prevent and detect signs of intrusion, theft, or unauthorized activities.
- Conduct regular security checks of the facility, including entrances, exits, and parking areas.
- Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, and incidents, following established protocols.
- Assist customers and staff with inquiries, directions, and escorts when necessary.
- Maintain accurate logs and reports of daily activities, incidents, and irregularities.
- Enforce AEON’s policies and procedures, including access control and crowd management.
- Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency services when required.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors or management to ensure operational excellence.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; additional security training or certification is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Security Guard or in a similar role, preferably in retail or commercial environments.
- Valid security license or certification as required by Indonesian regulations.
- Strong observational and problem-solving skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
- Physical fitness and ability to stand, walk, or patrol for extended periods.
- Familiarity with security equipment (e.g., CCTV, alarm systems) is advantageous.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
