Responsibility
- Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of enterprise-wide cybersecurity frameworks.
- Conduct advanced threat analysis, penetration testing, and vulnerability assessments.
- Oversee incident response protocols and coordinate with cross-functional teams during breaches.
- Develop and enforce security policies, compliance standards (ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR).
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct security awareness training for staff.
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to integrate security into CI/CD pipelines (DevSecOps).
- Monitor emerging threats and recommend proactive security measures.
- Manage relationships with vendors and security tool providers.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related field.
- 5+ years in cybersecurity, with 2+ years in a leadership role.
- Certifications: CISSP, CISM, CEH, or equivalent (highly preferred).
- Expertise in SIEM, IDS/IPS, firewalls, and endpoint protection tools.
- Strong knowledge of cloud security (AWS/Azure/GCP) and zero-trust architectures.
- Experience with scripting (Python, Bash) and security automation.
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder reporting and team collaboration.
- Ability to work remotely with occasional travel to regional offices.
