Responsibility
- Design, develop, and maintain advanced SAS-based solutions for financial data analytics and reporting
- Lead the implementation of SAS data integration processes to support business intelligence initiatives
- Optimize existing SAS programs and workflows for performance and scalability
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical specifications
- Develop and maintain SAS macros and stored processes for reusable analytics components
- Ensure data quality and integrity throughout the SAS environment
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance on SAS best practices
- Stay current with emerging SAS technologies and recommend innovative solutions
Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with SAS Base, SAS Macro, and SAS SQL
- Proven expertise in SAS Enterprise Guide and SAS Data Integration Studio
- Strong background in financial services data analytics and reporting
- Experience with SAS Viya or SAS 9.4 environments
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (SAS Visual Analytics preferred)
- Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or related field
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal)
