Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end SAP WM implementation projects, from requirements gathering to go-live and post-go-live support
- Design, configure, and customize SAP WM solutions to meet client-specific warehouse management needs
- Integrate SAP WM with other SAP modules (MM, EWM, PP, SD) and third-party systems
- Develop and execute test plans, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT)
- Provide expert guidance on best practices for warehouse processes, including inbound/outbound logistics, inventory management, and storage optimization
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (developers, business analysts, project managers) to deliver high-quality solutions
- Conduct training sessions for end-users and create comprehensive documentation (user manuals, process flows, SOPs)
- Stay updated on SAP WM innovations, including S/4HANA migration strategies and emerging warehouse automation trends
Qualifications
- Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience as an SAP WM Consultant, with at least 3 full-cycle implementations
- Deep expertise in SAP WM configuration, including storage types, storage sections, storage bins, and warehouse movements
- Proven experience with SAP WM integration with MM, EWM, PP, and SD modules
- Strong knowledge of warehouse processes (receiving, putaway, picking, packing, shipping, inventory management)
- Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA WM and migration strategies from ECC to S/4HANA
- Experience with SAP Fiori apps for warehouse management is a plus
- SAP WM certification (e.g., SAP Certified Application Associate - SAP WM) is highly desirable
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal); additional languages are a bonus
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting with minimal supervision
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, or related field
