As a Senior SAP SuccessFactors Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in designing, configuring, and deploying SAP SuccessFactors solutions tailored to our clients' unique business needs. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, provide expert guidance, and ensure seamless integration of HR systems to enhance organizational efficiency. Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors implementation projects, from requirements gathering to go-live and post-implementation support.
- Design and configure SAP SuccessFactors modules, including Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Compensation, Recruiting, and Learning Management.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze business processes and recommend best-practice solutions aligned with industry standards.
- Develop and deliver training programs to end-users and HR teams to ensure successful adoption of SAP SuccessFactors.
- Provide expert guidance on system integrations, data migration, and change management strategies.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring system stability and performance.
- Stay updated with the latest SAP SuccessFactors features and trends to provide innovative solutions to clients.
- Mentor junior consultants and contribute to the continuous improvement of implementation methodologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors implementation and consulting.
- Proven expertise in configuring and customizing SAP SuccessFactors modules, with at least 2 full-cycle implementations.
- Strong understanding of HR processes, including talent management, compensation, and workforce planning.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- SAP SuccessFactors certification(s) are highly desirable.
- Experience with system integrations, data migration, and reporting tools is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
