Responsibility
- Lead and manage end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central implementation projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with stakeholders, including clients, developers, and business analysts, to ensure seamless project execution.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
- Conduct regular project status meetings and provide detailed progress reports to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with industry best practices and company standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- Provide post-implementation support and training to end-users, ensuring smooth adoption of the system.
- Continuously improve project management methodologies and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in ERP implementations, with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Certification in Microsoft Dynamics 365 or PMP is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-solving mindset with a keen attention to detail.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a bonus.
